Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Swaplights wholesale program! We are thrilled to partner with retailers to bring our handcrafted, swappable night lights to your customers.

By applying for a wholesale account and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Application

To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be a registered business with a valid Tax ID, EIN, or state resale certificate. All applicants must be approved before wholesale pricing is unlocked. We reserve the right to deny or revoke wholesale access if a buyer’s shop is not a good fit for our brand or violates our sales channel policies.

2. Approved Sales Channels

Swaplights products are approved for sale in your physical brick-and-mortar store or market booth, on your independent e-commerce website, or via your own social media livestreams.

Prohibited Channels: Reselling Swaplights products on third-party marketplaces—including but not limited to Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or Wayfair—is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your wholesale account.

3. Order Minimums

Opening Order Minimum: $150

Reorder Minimum: $75

Minimum Quantity per SKU: 2

4. How to Order

Approved stockists can place orders directly through our Shopify wholesale portal. Already use Faire? We are happy to process wholesale orders there as well! Please use our Faire Direct link here so we can avoid commission fees.

5. Lead Times & Fulfillment

All of our night light covers are assembled by hand in our Seattle studio. Because of this handmade process, our standard production lead time is 3-5 business days before your order ships. Lead times may be extended during peak holiday seasons. We will communicate any delays upfront.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our studio.

7. Pricing & MAP (Minimum Advertised Price)

Retailers must price Swaplights products at or above our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), which is equal to the standard retail price listed on our website. Occasional store-wide sales or promotions are permitted, but consistent undercutting of our retail prices is not allowed.

8. Returns & Damages

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at wholesale@swaplights.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please include photos of the damaged items and the packaging so we can process a replacement or issue a credit.

9. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All Swaplights designs, product photography, and copy are the intellectual property of Lumber & Laser Beams LLC. Swaplights is a registered trademark, and the cover design has US patents pending. Approved wholesale partners may use our provided product photos to market the items on their own approved channels, but the images may not be altered or claimed as your own.
