Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Time

Because each item from Swaplights is a custom-made creation, we require time to design, cut, and assemble your night light.

  • Standard Orders: Most items ship next business day. However, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and crafted before it is shipped, particularly during high volume periods.

  • High-Volume Periods: During busy seasons, such as the holidays, processing times may be longer. We will announce any significant delays on our website banner and social media channels.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a few different options to fit your needs.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once a package is with the shipping carrier, its journey is out of our hands.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We are happy to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please note that our night lights are designed with a North American (Type A/B) plug configuration and are intended for use with 120V outlets. We do not recommend using our products with voltage converters or plug adapters in other regions.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Swaplights is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged product or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@swaplights.com or through our contact page. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
